Bedrock Pacifica Asphalt Paving was founded in 2018 right here in Pacifica, California. The goal was simple: give homeowners and property managers on the Peninsula coast a paving contractor they could actually trust - one that showed up on time, gave straight answers, and built surfaces that hold up in a coastal climate.
Pacifica is a different kind of place to work. The marine layer, salt air, hillside lots, and clay soils here create conditions that most generic paving guides never mention. From driveways in Linda Mar to commercial lots in Rockaway Beach, we have been working in these conditions from the start - and that experience shows up in how we plan every job.
Most homes here were built in the 1950s through 1970s. After 50 or more years, driveways and paved surfaces are often well past due for attention. We understand what aging pavement on a coastal hillside property actually looks like and what it takes to fix it right. The majority of our new customers come from neighbors and property managers who heard about us from someone we already worked for - and that kind of referral is the track record we are most proud of.
